Our story

Since 1999, Camar Maricultura Ltda. is dedicated to captive breeding, processing and improvement of shrimp (L. Vannamei), becoming one of the main companies in Brazilian shrimp farming.

The company has an annual production of more than 7000 tons of shrimp and a productive area of 4325 acres, including 480 nurseries, 3 post larvae laboratories and 2 industries.

Throughout its supply chain, Camar hires highly qualified employees and invests in cutting-edge technology in order to provide the best product to its customers.

In 2019 , the company debuted on the international scene, starting exports to several countries, such as Malaysia, Vietnam, United Arab Emirates

and the United States.
